When will my order be processed?
All orders will be handled as soon as possible. Once the customer makes his purchase and the payment has been received, our warehouse team will prepare his order. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed the day after receiving payment and that same day will be picked up by the logistics company. Please note that we do not ship or prepare orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time of the goods is between 7 and 21 working days. Once the order is placed, you will be sent a tracking code with which you can observe the status of your order on the tracking platform of the logistics company.

Taxes and customs
The customer must pay the corresponding VAT of his order to the logistics company once he receives the order at the indicated place of delivery. Hindrop will be responsible for customs management and shipping costs only and only on orders within the National Territory (Spain).
